  • Request to deactivate or permanently delete your account

Account Deletion Policy - FinMentor respects your right to control your data and account.

How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your FinMentor account:

  • Send an email to support@finmentor.io from your registered email ID
    OR

  • Submit an account deletion request via the Support Form on this page
     

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated

  • Access to all services will be revoked

  • Personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable data protection laws

  • Transaction or regulatory records may be retained where legally required
     

⏳ Processing Time:
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
 
⚠️ Important: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
