FinMentor is a digital platform providing access to financial experts via voice calls, video calls, and chats. It offers both Free and Paid Services. Users must register to access expert consultation and paid features. Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated personal and financial data.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use services only for personal and lawful purposes.

4. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement.

• Users must not hold more than one active account.

• Account credentials must not be shared or misused.

• FinMentor may suspend accounts suspected of misinformation or unauthorized access.

5. EXPERT CALLING FEATURE

FinMentor enables calls/chats with verified financial experts. By using this feature, you consent to receive calls even if your number is registered under DND.

First Free Session Each unique user may receive one free call or chat session (1-5 mins) determined by FinMentor.

6. WEBSITE CONTENT

FinMentor content is for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional certifications, registrations, or investment licenses. Any financial decisions made are solely your responsibility. FinMentor is not liable for investment losses.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FinMentor, you agree to the practices described therein.

8. DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY

• No refunds after a session has been initiated.

• Refunds may be considered for technical issues (network drop, irrelevant response, language mismatch) upon quality team review.

• Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the FinMentor wallet within 72 hours.

• No refund will be provided for dissatisfaction with advice or lack of accuracy.

• Multiple payments for the same order will be refunded minus transaction charges.

• Refunds are only provided in wallet credit, not to the original source of payment.

9. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

• Interfere with the platform’s functioning.

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

• Misuse or misrepresent financial information.

• Impersonate another person or expert.

• Harass or abuse financial experts.

FinMentor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

10. EXPERT DISCLAIMER

• Financial experts on FinMentor are independent advisors, not employees.

• FinMentor verifies their profiles and credentials but does not guarantee the accuracy of their advice.

• FinMentor is not liable for financial losses, fraud, or misguidance resulting from expert consultation.

• Advice is based on personal opinions and should not be treated as investment advice from a registered intermediary.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FinMentor shall not be held liable for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.

• Losses incurred due to reliance on expert advice.

• Unforeseen service interruptions, downtime, or call drops.

• Any unauthorized use or breach caused by user negligence.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinMentor, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

• Breach of Terms

• Misuse of the platform

• Violation of any laws

• Misrepresentation of identity or financial status

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on FinMentor, including design, layout, branding, and written material, is the intellectual property of Stratify WealthBloom LLP. Copying, redistributing, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

FinMentor may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Interactions with such third-party platforms are at your own risk.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of FinMentor shall be subject to arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
